Dose: 1-2 Tablet twice a day with water or as directed by the physician.

Diet: Light digestible food, daily exercise, green vegetables,fresh fruits should be eaten.

Avoid: Fat-rich food, alcohol, smoking, junk food, milk products, sweets, stress and anxiety.
